Texas owns a big piece of Michele Colafrancesco's heart. After falling in love with Parker County almost 20 years ago, she has been awaiting the day she could return to the area to finally lay down some roots. Her career began in sales in the insurance industry and carried her through areas such as Fort Worth, Aledo, and Granbury.

During her time in insurance, Michele was closely engaged with real estate agents and title companies, giving her a front-row seat to the real estate world. And the real estate conversations didn't stop at work, her husband of 11 years has been in real estate developing his entire career.

Her husband, having worked on projects that include Sugar Tree on the Brazos, Quail Springs and The Hills at PK. Michele was closer to real estate than she realized. It was only after achieving top sales producer for many years , four children, and a move to Georgia that she decided to break her way into real estate and get licensed and has been a successful agent for many years.
